FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the Core Stack?

The Core Stack is a three-part system built to cover different bottlenecks that can limit training consistency: Animal Pak supports daily nutritional coverage, Animal Flex supports joint health and function, and Animal Cuts supports cutting-phase goals. The point of stacking them is simple - each product has a distinct role, so you’re building a system rather than doubling up on similar ingredients.

Why use a stack instead of buying products individually?

A well-designed stack reduces overlap and decision fatigue. Instead of trying to piece together multiple products that may repeat ingredients or “do the same job”, the Core Stack is structured around complementary roles: baseline coverage (Pak), joint support (Flex), and phase-specific support for leaning out (Cuts). That’s also why it fits both long-term training blocks and specific goal phases.

Can I take Animal Pak, Animal Flex and Animal Cuts together?

Yes. They are designed to be used together because they target different areas of support. In practical terms, Pak and Flex are often treated as the year-round base, with Cuts added when cutting is the goal. Always follow the label directions for each product and consider starting one product at a time if you want to assess individual tolerance.

Do I need to cycle any of the products?

Animal Pak and Animal Flex are designed as daily foundations and can be taken consistently. Animal Cuts is intended to be run in cycles rather than continuously - follow the label for timing and break guidance. Cycling is a common approach with stimulant and cutting-focused formulas to help manage tolerance and keep usage structured.

How does the Core Stack support training performance and recovery?

The Core Stack supports the foundations that make consistent training easier. Animal Pak helps provide broad micronutrient coverage that supports normal physiological functions involved in training and recovery. Animal Flex focuses on joint and connective tissue support, which matters when training volume and intensity are high. Animal Cuts is aimed at cutting phases, when energy intake is lower and maintaining training drive, focus and adherence becomes more challenging. Together, the system is designed to reduce friction so you can keep output high and stay consistent.

What if I’m sensitive to caffeine or stimulants?

If you’re stimulant-sensitive, start conservatively and assess tolerance. Animal Cuts can be adjusted by removing the red pill, which removes the stimulant portion of the pack, so you can tailor it to your tolerance while still following the overall serving structure. As with any supplement, use as directed, take it earlier in the day, and if you have any medical conditions or are taking medication, check with a healthcare professional before use.
