Protein is often referred to as “the building block of muscle” and for good reason. Protein is found in every cell of the human body. Protein is made up of amino acids that help to grow, maintain, and repair different tissues in the body, including muscle. So, it makes sense that Whey protein is a staple supplement among athletes, bodybuilders, and people looking to improve their performance in the gym.
